Standard delivery for MVHR units and large ventilation kits typically takes 3-5 working days. Smaller accessories and ducting parts are often dispatched for next-day delivery if ordered before 1 PM.

What is your return policy for unused items?
We accept returns on all standard stock items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that custom-cut ducting or bespoke kits may be subject to a restocking fee.
